A quality model is characterized by a wide adjustment range (650 to 1,300 mm), a high lifting speed (approx. 50 mm/sec), and a quiet motor operation (under 42 dB). In addition, a high dynamic load capacity of 100 kg is essential to ensure that all workstation equipment can be moved safely and stably.
Sitting height:
Your elbows should be at a right angle (approx. 90°) when your forearms are resting relaxed on the desktop. Your feet should be flat on the floor.
Standing height:
The desktop should be at elbow height so that your forearms are also relaxed and your wrists are straight. The Styles memory function makes it easy to recall these profiles at the touch of a button.
Movement is essential because regular changes in posture improve blood circulation and oxygen supply, relieve pressure on the intervertebral discs, and activate the muscles. This prevents postural damage and is proven to enhance concentration and mental flexibility. Ergonomics experts recommend the 60-30-10 rule (60% sitting, 30% standing, 10% walking).
